A quirky and witty twin Mom!

Being a twin mom of two lovely daughters, I encounter many people, known, unknown who are curious to know about my experience of twin parenting, kids habit, behavior, moods etc.

They start bouncing their endless questions without letting me answer at times. Their questions are mostly like “Do they sleep together, do they poop together, oh, you must be having real tough time, are they naturally born or using any fertility treatments, don’t you want a boy now, are they identical and much more”. Not only this, even the strangers do not mind touching them and playing with them and we feel as if we are the aliens from some different planets, hence the center of attraction of every passerby on the road.

Yes, I love having twins, I really do and I do not mind answering and satisfying the inquisitive crowd around me but at times, it is frustrating, repeating the same thing again and again especially when they touch my kids without my consent. On one hand, where it is not hygienic touching kids without washing or sanitizing hands and increases the risk of infections, on the other hand, it pisses my kids off. And you know how tough it is to calm down unhappy babies and that too two!

They say, are both of these yours?
I say Oh! I’m carrying neighbor kids for a stroll

They say are they both girls?
I say no, I love to dress up boys in frills?

They say do they ever fight?
I say no no kids r always quiet!!!
