With many of the top diving spots being surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches. You have the perfect place to unwind after an action-packed day.

Safari

Many of us have seen lions, tigers, elephants, and many other wild animals on a day trip to the zoo. But seeing these magnificent creatures roam about in their natural habitats really is something else! Often described as a spiritual and enlightening experience, safaris offer the opportunity to put the hustle and bustle of our city lives to one side and embrace the natural world. The wildlife that you encounter will depend greatly on the location of your safari. This makes one of the exciting activities for an adventurous holiday.

The nifty thing about paragliding is that you can fold the whole thing into a backpack, meaning you can trek up a mountain and paraglide down, taking your time to enjoy the awesome views on the way. Surfing

Ride the waves, then sprawl out on the sand. Many of the world’s top surfing spots are also home to beautiful sandy beaches. Bali is a particular favorite, boasting long sandy beaches and scorching temperatures. There are surf spots for all abilities in Bali, with a bewildering array of options to choose from, so make sure you clue yourself up with some travel tips beforehand to help you choose. But, if Bali doesn’t float your surfboard, there are plenty of other surfing destinations including Australia, Hawaii, California, Indonesia, and Mexico.

Trekking through the rainforest

Traveling through the rainforest on foot is a great way of exploring at your own pace and ensuring you don’t miss a thing. It is recommended, however, that you book a guided tour and don’t stray from your group; rainforests are home to several dangerous predators including tigers, jaguars, and crocodiles. As with the other activities, there are many rainforest locations to choose from, although the Amazon (as the world’s largest tropical rainforest) is understandably very popular. As the home of 10 million species of plants and animals, a trek through the Amazon will not disappoint. Personally, this is my one of favorite activities for an adventurous holiday.
